Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Pilotgentic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Pilotgentic.

2. License Grant

Pilotgentic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to install and use the Pilotgentic application on Mac computers that you own or control, subject to your subscription tier. Each license key may be used on one machine at a time.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • •Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from Pilotgentic
  • •Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer Pilotgentic or your license key to any third party
  • •Use Pilotgentic to access systems or data without authorization
  • •Use Pilotgentic to distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • •Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or within our 14-day money-back guarantee period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account downgrades to Free.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pilotgentic is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Pilotgentic will be error-free or operate without interruption.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pilotgentic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pilotgentic after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
